Established in 2004 with a goal and vision to help others achieve their long sought after health and fitness goals, Conan Fitness was originated by 2 professional personal trainers, whom at the time were both individually running their own personal training businesses.


Conan Fitness is a passionate organization focused at providing personalized services based around group training to increase fitness and improve overall health and wellbeing. With their personal training studios, Conan Fitness takes a very holistic approach to all aspects of fitness in particular nutrition, education, mindset and cardio and strength-based exercise as well as motivation and lifestyle management.
