Luke Dimasi is an experienced Personal Trainer and has been working and studying in the industry for over 6 years. During the completion of a bachelor’s degree at the University of W.A. he personally trained many clients of various walks of life from the mainstream weight loss populace to sports specific and wheel-chair bound clientele through Zest Health Clubs. He was awarded Zests 2004 Western Australian BodyTrainerTM Personal Trainer of the year award. Luke then went on to a State Personal Training Managing role and still runs seminars on weight training for weight loss.
Personal Statement

Stephanie Steinsvaag previously worked as a registered nurse before changing to the fitness industry. She is an experienced Personal Trainer having worked at Zest Health Clubs and Fitness First.
Personal Statement
Having worked in both the Health and Fitness industries, I have experienced just how closely the two are linked and just how many of our health problems can be improved or alleviated by regular exercise.
