Boot Camp Training :: Conan Fitness

Group fitness training provides encouragement, team work and team motivation. It encompasses a social aspect and you get to train with individuals just like yourself.

There is a strong focus on structured session plans in each group training as this enables us to focus not only on running the session but also to individually push and motivate you to get the best results.


The fun-filled group fitness training sessions will boost your motivation, challenge you in body and mind and kick start you out of the rut of your training plateau. These group sessions are conducted outdoors at various locations and incorporate mini circuits, team games, drill-type exercises and challenging structures such as the infamous Jacobs Ladder.


In many of the Conan Fitness sessions you will be working together in small teams that will give you cumulative motivation from everyone’s behalf to challenge yourself that little bit more. People working in a team environment have more incentive, more determination, they accomplish more, and of course - they have more fun, even with boot camp training!
